In collaboration with Cook Brothers Construction, BuildBIM developed the modeling of the HVAC project and its subspecialties, in addition to the development of the As-built plans for the recent facilities of the Portobello Marine Laboratory of the University of Otago, in New Zealand.

The marine science laboratory project had a value of 5M NZD, and includes a 6m Aquarium and a water treatment system that pumps 60,000 liters of water from the sea into the complex every hour.
